join us in the cozy studio space in gladstone for a small, supportive group class with up to 3 other couples. group classes are generally held on a Saturday or Sunday, for 2 full days (12 hours of learning) from 9:30 - 4pm either one or two weekends apart (2 x 6 hour days).
investment - $495 per couple

unable to attend a group class due to busy work/life schedules? or prefer a more intimate experience for just you & your birth partner? private course options are also available! private courses are flexible to be held on weekdays or weekends, either 2 x 6-hour days or 4 x 3-hour sessions.

only available for one of the two group class dates? there's also the option to attend half of the course within a small group & the other half in a private session.

for couples who have completed the positive birth program previously, either in-person or online & wish to revisit the course and refresh their memory & hypnobirthing tools, there is also a 3 hour refresher course option available, which can be held privately in the studio or in the comfort of your own home.
